How I Spent My Rewards

Discover Card: $3.39 – Amazon (Arctic thermal paste) Used to upgrade my dad’s PC. I used the discover points for this purchase to take advantage of a promotional offer which is not expired.

Amazon Prime Visa: $111.04 – Amazon (970 Evo Plus 500GB, and EVGA Cooler) Used to upgrade my dad’s PC.

Chase Freedom VISA: $149.05 – Amazon (Asus Strix Z390-E Motherboard) Upgraded my motherboard. 🧐

Citi Costco Business VISA: $65.36 – Costco stuff!

Barclays Wyndham VISA: $50.00 – Promotional statement credit for new applicants.

Wrapping Up!

Due to the coronavirus crisis, my plans for travel for the year have all been canceled. That has left me with lots of airline points I have churned. I have no idea when I plan on travelling again. From the way things are looking, it’s likely I won’t be on a plane for quite a while.

I love credit card rewards! Look at the gains since last quarter! Up 43.7%!

Credit cards are such a beautiful thing if you pay them off every month in full of course! However, if you have revolving credit card debt, It’s more like cancer to your finances.

So, pay off your debts first before reaping the benefits of credit card rewards.

And that’s a wrap! Till the next update! 🚀
