Fundrise iPO Just Went Live

Fundrise IPO offering just went live and will remain open to investors until October 2 on Wednesday or until the offering is sold out. Looks like the offering price will be $8.05 per share. Investors are limited to the amount one can invest by the following factors:

• Maximum amount allowed to invest is 50% of total Fundrise real estate principal invested.

So in my case,

My maximum allowed limit is $8,500 which is 50% of my total principal invested into fundrise real estate holdings.

My previous investments of $4,995.60 leaves me with $3,509.80 allowed to purchase shares.

 

Which amounts to 436 shares I can purchase.

Purchasing shares is super easy. I will buy $2,000 more worth of shares.

 

 

Determine the amount of shares you wish to purchase and click continue.

 

 

Simply check and agree to the terms and confirm.
